Hi guys, my minor daughter is obviously not self-sufficient, no assets, and not yet done with highschool. Is she required to fill up the form as well? Since she is not self sufficient, will the uscis reject her AOS?

Yes, she needs her own I-944: https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-944instr-pc.pdf

"If you are a child (under the age of 21 and unmarried) list the following household members on the table in Part 2., as applicable:"

"Signature. Each declaration must be properly signed and filed. For all signatures on this declaration, USCIS will not accept a stamped or typewritten name in place of a signature. If you are under 14 years of age, your parent or legal guardian may sign the declaration on your behalf. A legal guardian may also sign for a mentally incompetent individual."
