Phantom box checked?

Hello there, 

 

I am doing my application online and there is 2 boxes that are checked about my current spouse on the draft N-400 about her being US citizens when I don't have a spouse anymore.

 

Is that a known a bug? Is this safe to submit?

EDIT: Everything else is empty about current spouse. Just these two boxes that are checked.

Nah, 5 years. Not sure why they are checked. I am divorced.

Everything is correct online. It's just on the draft n-400 PDF.

Yeah several people have the same issue, must be a bug/glitch with the online form.

Good to know, thanks for the answer! Ended up submitting as is it but was stressing out about it lol.
