I 485 AOS family based outside normal processing time, USCIS timeline search.

 

Sent inquiry to USCIS confirmed w/ SRC/number months ago. No reply.

 

Sent another inquiry to USCIS confirmed SRC. again no reply.

 

Where do we go from here ?

Almost couple years ago. Based on USCIS timeline we expected the interview around mid last year.

I would go here https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ select the office where your application is using the receipt number of if  you know the paperwork is at your FO. If outside the timeframes listed then I would go here https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=onpt to check you have the right details and complete the form. Or call USCIS and ask to speak to a tier 2 office. They should log a SR for you.

Also, regarding EAD renewal.

 

We are ready to renew from what I understand we need to include the following,

 

I 765 form latest

I 131 form latest

I 131 letter

copies of current EAD

the Expedite form included from last EAD

I 94

2 passport photos each application.

 

What else is missing from above, I searched the USCIS website and couldn't find anything regarding renewal and found bits and pieces elsewhere.
