I am trying to order copies of my PSA marriage certificate for my spouse and I and birth certificate for my son. It says email the DFA reference number to the email address with the dispatch number, date, and transmittal date. I have no idea what those are. Any ideas? I have a couple dates on the paperwork from the Philippine Consulate in California, but it sure doesn't seem like the right thing.

PSA not DFA.    Did you get a copy of the completed ROM form back from the consulate?    Look in FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY  the registration number is in the upper box and the remainder of the numbers are in the box at the bottom.

BTW, the copy your get from  PSA will be a copy of that (completed) form printed in the PSA certified paper
