Wait times for resubmitted documents

Everyone was accepted for me and my wife except our joint-sponsors 1099, which we didn't have. We submitted it. Were we basically pushed to the back of the line again and have to wait another month? This is a bit of a frustrating system.

Who knows, we are just going by the NVC flow.

Some cases were being approved within one day and some that submitted in February or march are still waiting, us for example.

in Theory yes, you do go back to the line but like I said, who knows at this point. Just be patient!

We submit ours again too on March 18,2020 unfortunately got an email from NVC on May 01,2020 stating that everything has been received and approval so waiting on London embassy to open again to receive an interview appointment as of the moment.. good luck!
