Hello,

In the I-944, part 3, Household income, it asks if me and my spouse filed a federal tax return this 2019. Both did but my spouse have 2 jobs, so two W-2. When ask in the form for total income from tax return or Item 1 on W-2... should I do there the sum of both? Or I should write the other W-2 in the next item, letter C? See attached pic.

You should do the sum of both and put the annual amount. Part A is for your spouse and Part B is for you.

Thank you!! But I'd say that A is for me and B for my spouse. It's the I-944 so I understand it's a form about me, so I put myself first and then the rest of the household
