Hi all,

I am the US Citizen spouse petitioning my wife in the Philippines. She needs to get her NBI so I can upload to NVC, but it looks like we need to register for the appointment online. Can I do that for her or is she the only one allowed? Thanks!

If you know all the info such as her parents dob and place of birth you can register for her. Remember to put her married name in the aka.
