K1 expiration help

I was issued my visa in May . My medical appointment  was in February  and my interview was in March the expiration  date on my visa itself is November. so is the date on my visa itself my expiration  date or is it August because my medical appointment  was in February?? I'm really confused.

Don't concern yourself.  You Visa has an expiration date,  go with it

The reason I ask is because allot of people say if your medical expires first you go by that ?

You go by the date on the visa.  The consulate made a decision.   Do you want it to be August instead?

A lot of people are wrong. There is a saying and it holds true here for the help you are getting "I know a thing or two because I have seen a thing or two!" Just saying.
