Send your inquiry by email.  No need for a form.

I asked NVC if they have any email where i can send documents directly to them and they said that there is no email ,we have to submit any documents or inquiry through NVC inquiry form only.

What is the document format you are trying to upload?

One thing I and others have found is that you get better results at ceac.gov using Microsoft Edge as your browser.  Maybe try that.

  • 2 weeks later...

Hi we had to do this several times (like 6 eve rate occurs of 6 months)  - sometimes you just get an automated response and sometimes a real-live person responds it is a game of chance. Mid May there was a system issue and they had to do a mass email purge and they are now getting caught up.  you need to go here:

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html

Submit any relevant document supporting the reason for change (we sent rental receipts and national documents to justify where my partner was and why we needed to change his interview location).  It was well worth the trouble because we were able to eventually get it moved.   You can track where they are in responses  here:  https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html   it is pretty reliable and updated almost every Monday.

Good luck!

DM
