I’m filling i130 for my parents and now it’s time to start the affidavit I would need a joint sponsor because I haven’t file any taxes since I came to the us because I haven’t work here yet I just been depending on my husband this whole time. The question is would it be any issues because that? Also, any suggestions on how to fill it out on what to say?
thanks in advance

You are still required to file - didn’t you file married filing jointly with your husband?

Even with 0 income you’ll have to fill out your own I-864. Then depending of the nature of the joint sponsor they’ll have to fill a I-864A (if household member) or I-864 (if General joint sponsor, not household member).
