We are doing consular processing, my wife is in the USA and I am in Spain. I got a job position offer in another country, if I move, I guess I have to notify USCIS, but would the interview be done in the new country where I would be living? Or It will be maintained in Spain?

Thank you all!

As far as you have legal residency in any country besides the USC you can be interviewed at the embassy there... However in your case, you will if you have passed the NVC stage before you decide to move to another country... You will have to wait in line again for NVC to transfer your case to the new embassy. I see you only have the initial NOA1 now is the time to make up your mind...if you decide to move wait till you have NOA2 then contact NVC to make the change. If it is possible to change your address online since 1-130 are filed online.. You can try making the change at the USCIS stage too
