Does your status say you been put in line for Oath ceremony scheduling? You just said approved and recommended for review.

All the Field offices first have to reschedule those that were cancelled. So you haven;t got a date yet so you must wait. We were approved and put in queue April 7th I don;t expect scheduling got Houston  this year honestly alot to catch up to.

I think Houston field office is fast so you will get the letter or a call soon.

If you are still in "quality review" they haven't put you "in line" yet. When they put you "in line" it does not mean they have a date yet. They will sent you a letter with a date (when they have one) and it used to be 4 weeks out minimum, from that notice.

Ceremonies are location depended, even more so than the actual interview. So you cannot compare states and sometimes even USCIS offices.  Also keep in mind that the amount of ceremonies cancelled so far will increase the wait even more.

You could be in for a long wait (several months).

Now I just pray for it come soon. I heard Memphis field office is slowly . So It will be long wait. Hopefully I don’t have to wait several months.

Great news , USCIS Preparing to Resume Public Services on June 4.

Naturalization Ceremonies

USCIS will send notices to applicants to reschedule postponed naturalization ceremonies. The ceremonies may be shorter to limit exposure to those in attendance. Instead of playing videos during naturalization ceremonies, attendees will receive a flyer with information and links directing them to the videos on the USCIS website. Under the shortened format, all legally required portions of the ceremony will take place.

Attendance is limited to the naturalization candidate and individuals providing assistance to disabled persons.

There's one on June 5th at Gears. Looks like this is the place for now. I wonder how many they will do a day? So date's I have seen so far for Houston is 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th. Various times for each. Alot of people to get through I am sure. So Alright Houston.

I'm excited maybe by End of June all cancelled Oaths will have been rescheduled then us new approvals get scheduled.

Congratulations to you all.
