There have been a few nearby embassies that allowed for LPR spouses of US Citizens with visas to fly as long as space was available.  Myanmar for example: https://mm.usembassy.gov/alert-repatriation-flight-for-u-s-citizens/

 

But it does appear the India is not allowing that.

Yes i believe india is prioritizing US citizens and LPRs first but lets see. I hope some commercial travel starts soon

My husband called United (he's 1K), they have certain flights/routes that are backed by the government, might be worth enquiring? Most flights out of the UK were cancelled and I travelled to London from near Manchester. I was allowed on the flight even though I didn't qualify for repatriation. 

 

Failing that, I'd contact the embassy, they should be able to re-issue the visa.

I feel your pain, we weren't sure for a while, then I had two days notice to get a flight! Good luck, I hope you get her flight sorted soon!
