Didn't include evidence of continuously maintaining US residence

I resubmitted my wife's I 485 a couple weeks ago, just realized I didn't include her arrival departure record. Just her most recent i94 showing when and where she arrived here...

 

Is this gonna be a rejection level problem? My wife co-signed my lease when she arrived but not much evidence beyond just that...also included evidence of her health insurance coverage with me and credit report...

What do you mean her arrival departure record?

Do you mean her Travel History from CBP?

All you need is her I94 to prove when she arrived and that she arrived as a K1.
