Is CEAC is down now

Hey guys, since friday I cannot log in to https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx . Does anybody experience the same? I just paid my fees about 3days and my friend callled me that if your payment is in process, you will not be able to log in your CEAC account. Is this true? btw, i have tried with another  browser but im getting the same error.

I have had no problems the last few days logging in, and what your friend say definitely isn't true.  I logged in multiple times a day during the payment in process status to check that status and upload some documents.

I am just really wondering because I posted the same question in other fb pages, and they can log in w/out facing the error message which is" Application Error" You have encountered an application. Please Try again later.

 

if incase CEAC is under maintenance, then all should have the same error right? I cannot figure out mine. I tried in different browsers, its the same.
