Timeline

Good afternoon 

Maybe someone here  is going thru the same situation like me.  Do you think it’s normal for us to be waiting almost a year to get an interview date for port au prince, 🇭🇹 ?My husband's Documents were qualified on June2019 all fees are paid. This April made it 10months and now with the pandemic I don’t know when he will get here. Port au prince is taking forever to give an interview date. I am so frustrated

I don't have the info on that consulate specifically, but all routine visa services are closed worldwide right now. There's no interviews being scheduled anywhere.

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

5/1/2017: Case received by Manila (1 week embassy transfer??? Lucky~)

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE

Thank you Geowrian. Yes, I figured that I hope this situation resolve quickly so our lives can go back to normal. This interview date was already taking long now I guest i have to add another 3month🥺😫

Besides the fact the embassy is closed PAP is slow. Our cousin just did a k1 and it took roughly 18 months... for a k1.. No one knows how long things will be closed with the Coronavirus and even then Haiti is so unpredictable with crime, protests and closures expect a long wait 🙁

US Entry : 12/15/14 Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Apply for Social Security Card: 12/30/14 Connecticut

Marriage: 1/26/15
