Has anyone gotten their K1 visa approved recently?

Ours is going through administrative processing as it just updated on 18th with "refused" status with details on the bottom.

 

I know consulates stopped doing in person services, but continue to work on documents.

 

Has anyone gotten their visas approved and received them recently? I wonder if they are still issuing visas since border shut downs.

 

I know Montreal consulate has my fiance's passport as well as all the documents still.

 

Anyone?

I saw MAYBE one or two that received their visas, BUT no one else. I think that process is halted so as not to involve PEOPLE from having to work under a self quarantine environment. 

 

If you follow the visa issuance procedures and you will see how many people need to be involved and the possibility of getting exposed is more if they are trying to get you a visa that you can't use now because airports are shut down and boarders are closed.

 

I would imagine that with short staffing, the embassy is managing their "assets" carefully during these times. These are times when logical and realistic thinking will get us all through this.
