deadline to bring fiancee to america compromised by no flights being allowed due to corona virus

My understanding is that travel is shutdown in Ukraine now because of the corona virus.  Will USCIS automatically be granting extensions to the deadline for bringing my fiancee to America?  She lives in Ukraine but i imagine this will be impacting people all over the world.  If USCIS isn't automatically granting extensions what is the process for asking them to do so?

USCIS has no say in the visa. Once the petition is approved, it's all in the DOS's hands.

Unless changes are made, extensions to K-1 visas are not possible. A K-1 visa can be reissued, though....although likely with at least a new medical as the validity date for visa is usually limited by the medical exam.

The process would be to contact the consulate and heed their specific instructions.
