Confirmed cancelations oath Ceremony so far.

Recommended Posts

Columbus, OH cancelled their March 26 ceremony.

Boston cancelled without notice yesterday.

San Jose also cancelled up coming ceremony.

Peoria, IL also cancelled March 30 ceremony.

N-400:

07/19/2019: Applied online

08/07/2019: Biometrics 

01/22/2020: Interview scheduled

02/26/2020: Interview.

02/27/2020: Status changed to Approved. Oath scheduled for 03/18/2020

I have not seen anything for Manhattan ceremonies ;(

Eastern district Virginia, currently until the end of march:

Norfolk, Va

Richmond, Va

Alexandria, Va

Los Angeles, CA March 19- Cancelled. The candidate only found out after she called USCIS and spoke to an officer.

 

Eastern district Virginia, currently until the end of march:

Norfolk, Va

Richmond, Va

She did not specify in her post. I did ask her but she hasn’t replied.

I just called them myself. Spoke to a Tier 2 officer who was able to look up and told me that my ceremony will still be held as planned for now.

 

I asked him if it was to be cancelled, would he be able to see that on whatever system he was using (just to be sure). He said yes he would be able to tell if it was cancelled.

 

Call them right now. They are closed after 8 pm Eastern time

Calling now....called during the day but just spoke with a regular rep who I think really just read my online status (oath mailed)!

Yeah I told him that I’d like to find out if my oath next week would be cancelled. He asked me what location it was. I told him the Plano Event Center location. He looked up something and then told me it would still be held.
