We're filing forms I-485, I-130, I-765, I-864, and the biometrics forms. How many passport pictures total do we need for EACH form? Bit confused as to which form needs how many for each of us. Thanks to anyone who can help.

We sent only AOS and EAD - sent two pictures for each application.

If you need to send 2 pictures for AP then you'll need three more. Just read the instructions, it'll tell you.

You don't send pics for the affidavit of support.

2 for I-485

2 for I-765

2 for I-131

The other forms do not require photos.

The best way to have identical photos without spending a ton of money is to take them yourselves. If you have a digital camera and the ability to resize them without losing any of the picture quality (ie Photoshop or the like), you can save a little money by putting 6 on a 4x6 page (2 across, 3 down) and printing that one page at Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, etc. Just make sure your photos meet the requirements of US Passport photos.

Either way, good luck!

They only need pictures of your husband this time around, not you. So, yes, 2 exact photos for each of those three forms.

I'm not sure they even use them for anything other than making sure they match the I-129F photos. I believe the picture they take at the biometrics appointment is what they use for the Green Card.

sorry to bother again. I was sure I read on one of the forms that they needed passport type picture of me also? I'll have to relook at which one it was... As far as I-129F..we don't have that and I don't even know what that is.

The G325A (the biographic form) with the I-130 requires a picture of you.

Sorry, I-129F is what you file for a fiance(e) visa. Since you don't have a timeline or any information, I assumed that's what you used to get your s/o here.

As far as K1 (fiance(e)) and K3 (spousal) visas adjusting status, the USC does not need to provide photos of themselves for any part of the AOS package.

You can read the guide here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1k3aos

If you are adjusting from a different status or type of visa, I don't know what to tell you. I'm pretty sure you still would not need passport photos of yourself since none of the forms ask for them.

Thanks for that clarification.

This is what I did when I file for I-485/I-130/I-765:

- for AOS (I-485): 2 photos of me (I'm the non-USC spouse)

- for Petition for alien relative (I-130): 1 photo each for me and husband

- for EAD (I-765): 2 photos of me

So in total: 5 photos of me (non USC) and 1 for my husband (USC)

If the OP is filing for I-130, then the USC need to fill in the G325A form.
