Interview was cancelled yet it never existed?

So yesterday I got a notification that my case was ready for an interview as of Feb 21st but I remembered getting the same notification on Feb 1st. Turns out that they "cancelled" my appointment yesterday too, even though I never got no notification of my interview being scheduled to begin with. 

Has this happened to anyone else?

That is exactly why.

When you move, your local field office where you will be interviewed may change.

Your interview was cancelled at your old field office and now you are back in line waiting for an interview appointment at your new one.

Each local field office has different processing times.

Oh I didn't know that! 

Well, I have my EAD so my GC doesn't really matter anytime soon, if anything the later the better I suppose since after 2 years of being married you get a 10 year GC instead of a 2 year one.
