Went to the SS office today to get my SSN and was told I have to wait longer because DHS hasn't recorded my documents/arrival. Anyone been told similar?

I arrived on a K1 on Jan 10th and went today, so its about three and a half weeks. I read online that I should be on the database within 2 weeks, however today I was told I wasn't and that I would likely have to wait 4 weeks minimum to get my SSN. And if it doesn't arrive within 4 weeks, to call a specific number and tell them. I can't find anyone who has been told similar, is there a reason why I wouldn't be on the database yet?

Contact deferred inspection office or go back to the airport so CBP can record it in the system - you want to have them confirm to you that you are in the SAVE system. Then couple of days later go back to SSA.
