We are submitting adjustment of status and affidavit, my issue is I work in a union so we work seasonal March-dec and are laid off for 3 months and receive unemployment income, which is 470$ week. My tax return I am submitting to the irs for current will show I earned 65,000$  but my current income since on unemployment will look like I don’t make enough even though I do for the year in total,   Advice on what to do thanks. Or is the income requirement proof only needed for the interview?

Youll be fine by only reporting the tax return reported income. When you get your interview you can bring an updated I864 and supporting financial documents then describing your financial situation change.
