Quick question please help

So kinda confused when doing the fiance letter of intent it asks for the name and address of where the embassy is located now would I put the Japanese embassy address since my fiance loves in japan and I'm doing the process to get her over here or would I put the embassy address thats in my state?

There are no US foreign diplomatic missions/embassies in the United States, as that would make absolutely no sense. 
 

put in the closest consular office located to your fiancé in Japan. It may be assigned elsewhere depending on which office does what.
