Do you have to submit the DS-160 before you have the medical appt? We wanted to wait to submit the answer regarding the vacc once we have the medical appt.

Thanks, we haven't set it up yet because we wanted to wait until the medical was finished to ensure nothing went wrong and that we book it five days at least after the medical. My fiance's medical is Monday then we plan to book the interview after. We have to submit the DS-160 first though before scheduling the interview it seems.

This is not true for London. You only need to have your case number and proof of it (letter from NVC or email) to set up the medical.
