Is it okay to create an online account and provide the USCIS account number on forms i130 and i130a even if I have never sponsored anyone before  ?

I created an account online long back with my email id thinking that I will get a USCIS id to put on the forms , but there isn't id in my account .

Also I am reading on the web that if you haven't sponsored anyone before you won't have a USCIS id and since I created an online account with my email id that I am providing on the forms , I just want to make sure that it's okay to have an online account but no id.

What account ID are you thinking you get?    You don't have an active petition, or anything else.

Until your file the petition (I-130 in your case) and receive your NOA1 there isn't an "id number"
