If I answer yes to question number 2.A, Should I also answer yes to question number 4.A. I was arrested for dating violence. Breaking a phone in particular. 

 

2.A Have you EVEN been arrested or convicted of any of the following following crimes: 

 

Domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, child neglect, dating violence, elder abuse, stalking or an attempt to commit any of these crimes? 

 

4.A Have you been ever arrested, cited charged, indicted, convicted, fined, or imprisoned, for breaking or violating any law or ordinance in any country, excluding traffic violations?

You should answer yes to 2A since you were arrested for dating violence and yes to 4 since you were arrested for breaking/violating a law. Make sure your fiancé knows full disclosure of the events.

Filed: 8/14/17 at VSC                                 NOA: 8/15/17 Received 8/21 by mail

Biometrics: Dated: 8/25/17   Received 9/2/17   Appointment 9/11/17 

Approved: 10/23/18 -no interview

As part as of the requirement to provide information. Should I include the charges, the date of the arrest, and the outcome. Technically, match what is provided in the court disposition? Or should I go specify that my arrest was dating related?
