I am unable to put +44 XXXXXXXX so should I leave it black or give it as 44XXXXXXXXX ?

You can hand write it with black ink.

Also, there is now an online filing option: https://www.uscis.gov/news/news-releases/uscis-makes-another-form-available-online-filing

I am filing via DCF for my wife in London.. I don't think filing online is valid for that .. or is it ?

Paper only for USCIS London.

Might also have to hand write the phone number on page 3 of the I-130A supplement: https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-130a.pdf

So should I write the mobile number with country code with pen and leave the daytime telephone number blank ? We just have mobile phones

Would it be possible to just add 011 before the country code instead of a +?

Example: Since UCSIS will call from the US, a written out phone number calling from the US to (eg.) Sweden would be 01146xxxxxxxxx.  (+46 being the country code for Sweden). Has anyone tried this?

You can type only 10 digits. If you need to put more then you need to hand type it.

This is true @markwebb on all our forms we had to fill out all the phone numbers part with black ink pen with +46 and our phone number because you can only type 10 digits on the computer.

On all our forms we used black Ink pen and put +46 (Our phone number) because we knew USCIS and NVC are stationed in USA so they would call from there. I don't know from others experiences if they used used their original Swedish phone number either that's a good question.
