The 2018 tax year forms are different. Congress passed the first overhaul to income tax in a bazillion years. If you are submitting copies of your return, include the form 1040 and every other form or schedule that is part of your return. Everybody is different. Also include photocopies of any W2s or 1099 wage statements from employers.

Your biggest clue for whether it is part of the return or just a worksheet is there will be an attachment sequence number if it is part of the return.

You can also order (or download) a tax return transcript from the IRS and send it instead. Then you don't have to worry about what pages to include or the W2s/1099s.
