Under the general instruction of I-130 Instructions number 5 Online accout number.  I filed for a I-129 several years ago was was denied under the non-bona fide relationship.  Then 3 years ago I applied for I-130 after getting married and had to abandon at the State department portion of the process because of some unforseen severe financial issues.  Now I am applying again and it asking me to use an online account number.  I've never applied online.  Here is the sentence that is giving me concern; "If you previously filed certain applications, petitions, or requests on a paper form via a USCIS Lockbox facility, you may have received a USCIS Online Account Acess Notice issuing you a USCIS Online Account Number.  If you received such a notice, your USCIS Online Access Number can be found at the top of the notice."

Well shoot, I remember something about a lockbox but I don't know if I used one. I haven't found any kind of documents with this number on it.  Is it important?  Where can I look for it if I don't have any documents telling me this number?  Will it be OK to continue the process without this number?
