I got a list of required documents for the Green Card interview. One of which is medical examination but they also mention "unless already submitted". I actually did submit it during my application process for Fiance K1 Visa. But its been months since then... will I have to go through the examination and submit it again for the AoS interview?

Likely not as previously mentioned. I would suggest that you carefully review the checklist on the AOS appointment form. For our AOS interviews, we took the instructions quite literally, and brought every shred of paper that we had send/received to/from USCIS since the start of our immigration journey. It was a good thing, during the interview, the IO asked to see the my divorce decree, claiming that it wasn't in the file (of course, I had previously sent in a copy, oh so many months ago, during the K1 Petition phase of the visa process...I mean, c'mon, I would have gotten a RFE back then if I didn't provide it. :wow:). I quickly pulled out the original (in a plastic presentation page saver sleeve) and a color laser printed copy. I asked him to compare the copy and original and keep the copy if necessary. He kept the copy. That little maneuver likely saved us from a RFE. Be prepared at your interview, you just don't know what they may ask of you.

Good luck on your immigration journey.
