On form I-485 question 1 it asks whether you’ve ever been associated with any organizations, associations, fund, foundation, party, club, society, or similar group in the united states or in any orher location in the world including any military service. 
 

my question is... do u list any organizations or associations you were part of in your country if they weren’t military related? For example, I’m part of the board of nurses in the province that I moved from, would I list this in part 2-5.b.

For myself I list professional organizations only. For example, I am a member of ISPE (International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineers). Don't list stuff like "Grandma's retirement Bridge Club"
