How old should the police record be at the time of the interview? Someone told me it should be less than 6months and another told me it can be up to 12months

I don't know for other countries, but in Germany they want the police certificate to be no older than a year.

She's in Jamaica, someone was telling me that the embassy said that no longer than 6months. She did the record on may 13th and have the interview for 7th of November so she should be good. Couple days shy of 6months
