I noticed on my NOA1 from USCIS that my middle name was missing even though we included it in the I-130 and it's also in the marriage certificate. Would that be a problem at some stage in the process. Should we just ignore it or send a letter to USCIS to change it and would it cause a delay. Thank you

Ohh It’s the same with mine. I believe it’s how they choose to put it . It’s just a notice so it’s not necessary that they will include your middle name , your first and last name are the most important and then your date of birth

Don't worry about it. They are interested in just first and last name.

You might see initials of middle name in a document or two. And on your interview letter I believe.

Bt it's nothing to loose sleep over .

Success all the way
