As stated, you can’t provide what you don’t have.

Go line by line, and what you don’t have, explain why.

For what it’s worth - I would open a joint account now, and use it.  By the time your response is due, you may have a statement or two to send in, and explain that prior to this, there was no need in your marriage to combine finances, but moving forward you will, and that you can bring additional statements (showing regular use) to the interview to be added to your file at that time.  (Depending on your location, an interview could still be months out).

For cohabitation, send one copies of your licenses/state ID’s that show the same address.  Secondary supplements would be letters for any accounts you do share that come to the address with both names.

I am going to take the contrarian view. Don't send "everything" you have (whatever that means). And don't respond line by line. The reason is that there is no magical list of documents required for I-751, so whatever USCIS suggests is just a guide. Sure, you want to send a cover letter that makes it look as though you are responding to the RFE ("Dear USCIS, In response to your RFE I am sending further evidence of the bona fides of our relationship..."), but actually send a complete evidence package as though this was your first application.

This time around, focus instead on 1) providing documents across all 4 domains of marital union (see link below; click on the arrow); 2) in each domain, and really for each evidence you submit, providing documents from marriage (yes: marriage) to today;  and 3) clarity of presentation (right after your cover letter, attach an "Evidence Guide" table, and refer to the Evidence Guide in your cover letter).

Good luck!

You have not provided proof of cohabitation - they need joint deed, or mortgage or lease/rental agreement

They need addtiional proof of comingling of finances - joint assests or liabilities - credit cards, utilities, phone bills, internet bills.

I think you are stuck on the fact that provided a lot - it is not according ot USCIS. Get over it and provide what you can.

Agree.  Quality over quantity.
