QUESTION 1:

Is the "INCOME" stated in the I-134 form "GROSS" or "NET" income???

because if i count my annual GROSS income.. i can exceed the poverty guideline

but if i count my NET income, i fall short of that guideline

QUESTION 2:

i am living in a house with my older brother, one cousin and one uncle.. all of them are independent and has work.

i plan on leaving to rent an apartment once my wife comes..

do i still count the people im living with right now under household size?? or should i not because i am clearly not supporting them?? if in fact i should not need to count them, that means i would count "2" under household size for me and my wife??

QUESTION 3:

if ever i still fall short or that i just want to be careful, my older brother told me he could help me with the sponsoring.

if he did help me, would he only need to count "2" under household size.. him and the person he is sponsoring?

#2 the sponsor needs to count himself, his/her spouse, any dependent that is claimed on the tax returns, your fiancee and any kids shes bringing.

#3 if you have enough money and sponsor her yourself, then it should be 2 persons if you dont have any dependents on your tax returns.

if you dont have enough money get a co-sponsor, both of you need to fill out the affidavit of supprot and provide necessary documents. the co-sponsor counts himself, his/her spouse, any dependent and your fiancee.

TRYNK,

Are you self-employed? If not, what is it that you are deducting from your gross income to determine your net income?

Whatever - line 22 on form 1040 is generally the number to report for past income from tax returns.
