29 days now since i submitted my prove of child support on my citizenship application to the uscis after I was told I pass the interview. Anyone or have idea what is the delay?

Request for Additional Evidence Was Sent 

 

after sending in prove of support of my child and now I just get this now .who knows what prove they want me to submit again.anyone with usefull information ?please

I no but am worried ,Because I don't no what else they want me to submit , they ask for prove of financial assistance to my son in Spain and, I send all what been requested and now is more evidence.
