Got email from NVC with case # but No IIN number

So trying to figure this part out. Got the NOA2 9/13/19. Waited a month and sent email to NVC. Got email on the 15th of October saying it was received, case number and said it will forward the documents to the Embassy consulate in Warsaw. It gave the website to do the DS160 which is done just waiting on pics to be uploaded. If I go to the CEAC site I need the IIN number to log into it. So am I waiting for the letter from Embassy to get this number so i can proceed to finish uploading and pay fee? Will they mail this to my Fiance' after they receive it or will I get another email? The first part of K-1 was not too bad but this part seems confusing and it seems like I will not have enough time to complete before the NOA2 expires which is 1/4/20. Any help clarifying this to make it clear would greatly help.

Hi Doug,

 

This should be on the same email (with paper letter copy) from NVC which provided official notification of your case number. If you don't have it, you can contact NVC to verify your email and request they resend it - make sure that they have the right email on file.

 

We received the email weeks before we received the paper letter, and had already paid and uploaded everything prior to the letter arriving.

Hmm I only got the case number and the original USCIS cases number. Ok I'll have to contact them about it. The letter have the site to fill out DS 260 but that's it. Strange they didn't send the other info but I'll contact them.
