Hi,

I came to the U.S. 6 years ago with Esta visa from Hungary and never left. My family was already here with business visa, they applied for their green card this year.

I've got married to my American citizen boyfriend a week ago, so we have our marriage certificate already. What should be the next step for us, how and when to start the immigration process?

Thanks,

You will need to file forms I-130 andI-130A, I-485, I-131, I-765, I-864, and I-693. The I-693 you can wait till you have a have a date for interview. The rest you file all together.  The forms I-131 and I-765 is free when you file it together with I-485.

I suggest you file all of it together. That’s what I did. If you have any questions just let me know, I’ll try to help as much as I can.
