US Citizen and Immigrant Father

My wife's father has been on a tourist visa for the past 3 months.  We have asked him if he would like to live with us permanently.  He said yes.  Do I need to do anything more than I have listed below for him to become a permanent resident?

 

Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative 
      A copy of your birth certificate showing your name and the names of both your parents
      your Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship or your U.S. passport
      A copy of your parents’ civil marriage certificate
      A copy of any divorce decrees, death certificates, or annulment decrees that would show that any previous marriage entered into by your mother or father was ended legally

 

I 485 form

I131 / 765 for travel and work (combo card)

I134- Affidavit of Support

If your wife is a US citizen then she can apply for him to adjust status.
