No such thing as an NVC tax. There’s fees paid at NVC, but no taxes.

 

You should have a plan to obtain health insurance. For a spouse, the simplest way would to show that you can be added to your spouse’s plan after entry into the US. Normally the benefits plan of their employer would list that a spouse or family can be added.

Yes you are right, fees not taxes. I used the wrong word, sorry. Is that so simple? Just showing we can be added? I think many can say that. But in the article I read they wrote that 65% of petitions will be rejected because of this.

Nobody knows what will happen yet, but the 65% article (I’ve seen it too) is a doomsday prediction.
