Greetings! 

My visa was approved and I have picked up my passport from DHL VI, in Lagos. I was expecting to receive my visa and a visa packet which I was not to open until I get to the port of entry but I was told at the DHL office that my Visa packet had gone ahead of me. 

Is this normal?  If no,  what should I do?

Electronic packets have been the norm for more than a year.   You don't need to do anything
