Hi VJ,

 

      My wife is an american citizen and me, been the husband, am a nigerian, we both got married in lagos last year september and she travel back to the state and turn in our i-130 last year october 10 which is our PD, and couples of days after, she did received a NOA from uscis but they make some mistakes in it, which my wife put a call thru to them to make amends and that was october 24 2018 and since then we havent hear anything regarding our case and back in july this year, she did submit an out of normal processing time request because our petition is been processed at protomac service center and after two weeks my wife submit the request, they sent her a letter stating that our petition is been in line to be reviewed by an officer for consideration and today been 10th of october 2019 make it a year and we still havent hear anything further from them till...Just needs ADVICE on how to go about it if anyone has ever been in this kind of situation before?

It takes a year and a half for spousal visas. You are still within normal timelines. You still have a few more months to wait.
