Hello,
can someone please explain to me what it means that my case was updated in less than 10 days 3 times,
my interview was in 12 september for an f4 immigration visa and was given ds-5535 and i am under AP.
case was updated on:
1 october
7 october
8 october
does that mean anything?
thanks

one update would be to imput the information from the ds 5535 into the computer system

the other updates would be information about the security checks from the ds 5535

easiest one to check would be the passport stamps and travel history

after that it gets more intense so AP for ds 5535 takes a long time

you will get updates /  they may not come as fast as some of the security checking takes time

but the embassy should be able to verify names of siblings and that section

looking into the online accounts is the most tedious part of this

Again thanks for clarifying, you see we are a family of 4 on an f4 visa application, my wife(main applicant) me, my son and daughter.

my wife and son were asked to submit the ds-5535 and they are under AP, as for me and my daughter we are under "ready".
