So, Jessa is having an issue getting her police certificates from Qatar, we think it is now processing but our NOA2 expires on 10/14/19. I emailed them about an extension (and it is said that Manila automatically extends it by 1 year) but all I got back from them was a form letter stating a bunch of different things, including the expiration in 4 months and can be extended...
What can I do to ensure that it was extended?

Nothing.   Going to have to trust what others have reported, and thousands have been through this process with nary an issue about the petition extension. It is well known that USEM will extend the petition automatically.

Relax ..

Yup know where that is located, I would do the Arivaca loop ride on my bike, usually I rode out to Three Point then south on Sasabe rd to Arivaca rd.    Then a stop at the Cow Palace for lunch . good food there.    Use to go camping/hunting out toward the old Ruby mine area also.
