I applied for removing conditions from green card on Sep 17, 2017 on 07/10/2019 i had interview at the local USCIS office my interview was Almost hour and half long i was divorced and applied for Waiver . I received my green card on 09/24/2019 its been a long wait but i just want to let know if anyone applying for removing conditions with divorce as long as you have valid marriage and proof that it was a valid married you have nothing to worry. Just make  sure you have attorney when you go for interview.The process is very long and fustraion overcomes at times but be patient and submit as much proofs you can.Good Luck everyone

Hi congrats. Do you mind sharing some of the questions that was asked

They ask you question about the validity of marriage for example

 

why you decided to get separated?

Who initiated the divorce ?

Do you visit or have kids in result of marriage?

Did you get married in good faith?

Why you decided to get divorced ?
