Hello.

I'm in really need of some help with the I-129F

Back in 2014 I submitted a I-129F for my fiance at the time, but the relationship came to an end after the NoA1, so we didn't get to schedule the appointment nor the doctor exam. I sent a letter to the embassy requesting the withdrawal of the application but im guessing they never got it as almost a year later I got a letter saying that the application was being close for not response. (I lost this  letter). Now when im filling I have decided to answer on page 4, part 1, item 47 APPROVED, but also on part 8 added this (THE RELATIONSHIP ENDED, SO I SENT A LETTER REQUESTING THE WITHDRAWAL OF THE APPLICATION, ON A LATER DATE I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE EMBASSY SAYING THAT THE APPLICATION WAS BEING CLOSED FOR ABANDONMENT.)
Is this a good way to answer? and on part 44 where is asking for A number, Im guessing is my ex girlfriend A number right?

My second question will on on my fiance  Philippines address, I think is too long and it just won't fit on the space to answer, her address is something like this
Lot 1 Block 11 Longname Street, Barangay Rizal, Makati City, NRC 1111

I can't fit the whole street name and no idea where to place the NRC

Any help will be much appreciate it

Are they asking for an explanation regarding the previous petition?

Go ahead and abbreviate the address,  nothing gets mailed

YMMV

No they are not asking but im confuse as the actual petition was approved but a visa was never issued. So IDK if I should explain this or just leave it as approved.

They don't require further explanation.   It is optional if you want to include an explanation but it is not needed

If you needed a multiple filer waiver then a little more color is warranted
