Online or send to physical address

When you log in to the website, there is option of submitting  affidavits of Support, police clearance certificate online. Should I submit online to NVC or by physical address. If so what should be the physical address. Thanks

What does your welcome letter say? I believe today, pretty everything is online. A year ago, people were still sending physical copies in, but not today.

We still didn't receive welcome letter. I called to get case number.

I'm glad that you mentioned that. I called the USCIS today and they told me that they use snail mail to send documents to the NVC. I thought they would be more advanced than that. Thanks for your input 😊

You should call them after 15 days but I called them after 30 days.

I would everything online unless you receive something that specically tells you to send something in.
