NVC case not received yet

Hi Guys,

My k1 visa petition got approved on August 29th but NVC says that they have still not received my petition from USCIS. I have been following some of the similar timelines where in people have started receiving their case numbers from NVC. Any suggestions or is it something I should be worried about?

In my case the NVC said the will not update status for 6 weeks after they received my case . I called the at 5 weeks to get my case number and invoice number you will need both.

These days its taking very long for nvc to process approved application from USCIS. 
 

For my file it took 60 days for NVC to receive my file from USCIS and another 30 days to generate my case number. 
 

approved i130 - 26 June

nvc received - 26 Aug

Case number generated - 26 Sept

 

and this was the case for 6 other people i know here on group. At least 90 days after approval for to generate nvc case number.
