Hello Everyone!!! I am writing this feeling very sad ,and confused about the fact that my Wife, and I got separated.

I am filing for the divorce pretty soon  since our marriage is irreparable.

I do not  want to write here many details because I wouldn't finish.

My remove of condition is on July, 2020 but since I am getting divorce now, can I file sooner with the waiver??

I came here thru a K1 visa,I've been marriage for 2.5 years. I do  have proofs that my marriage was bona fide. Got proofs of why I decided to finally separate.

I am the husband, the beneficiary of the K1 visa.

Thanks in advance!

Divorce requires at least half a year of separate residence + other things. It takes take to finalize. Then come time to remove condition just file as normal but with divorce waiver. You can't file sooner
